Role Overview

The Retail Operations Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the EVP Chief Banking Officer, VP Consumer Banking Leader, and other Senior Officers as needed. This position maintains a high level of professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, multitasking, accuracy, and requires superior computer skills. The role involves regular onsite attendance, travel as needed, and providing constant immediate support with branch operational questions.

What You Will Do

The Retail Operations Coordinator will perform various tasks, including providing accurate, efficient, and exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of bank regulations, security, and compliance responsibilities, and preparing written and electronic correspondence. The role also involves overseeing retail vendor management, compiling data for audits and reports, and updating retail information in The Hub.

Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years branch operations experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute percentages
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
