Retail Operations Team Member

Enmarket is looking for a Retail Operations Team Member to help enrich life by providing customer service and promoting healthy initiatives. The team member will be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, ensuring customer needs are met and the store's profitability and growth are increased.

What You Will Do

The team member will be responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, preparing shift reports, and maintaining safety and security of the store. They will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the customer environment and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Be able to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
