Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations.
• Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Must be able to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks.
• Must be able to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be able to work in various temperature environments.
• Must be able to perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
