Retail Operations Team Member

Enmarket is seeking a Retail Operations Team Member to provide excellent customer service, maintain store appearance, and ensure efficient store operations. The role involves working a flexible schedule, communicating with management, and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include preparing shift reports, maintaining safety and security, operating equipment safely, and supporting the implementation of the Safety and Health program. The team member will also provide the best customer experience, greet customers with a smile, and suggest possible purchases.

Requirements

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Be able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Be able to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store).
• Be able to perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Be able to traverse and access all areas of the store.
• Be able to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Be able to work prolonged periods of standing.
