Retail Operations Team Member

The Retail Operations Team Member is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, ensuring customer needs are met and contributing to the increased profitability and growth of the store.

What You Will Do

Prepare shift reports, interact with customers, maintain safety and security of the store, and perform general housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of products.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
