Retail Operations Team Member

The Retail Operations Team Member is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, ensuring customer needs are met and contributing to the increased profitability and growth of the store.

What You Will Do

The role includes communicating with management, interacting with customers, preparing shift reports, and maintaining safety and security of the store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
• Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
• Ability to work in various temperature environments
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
