Role OverviewWe are seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. This role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and part knowledge. The Retail Parts Pro will provide GAS2 selling experience, manage DIY services, and ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.

Provide GAS2 selling experience, achieve sales goals, manage DIY services, ensure customer service and store appearance standards, and assist with store inventory processes.

Requirements
- ASE P2 certification or ASE ready equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Use of Microsoft software (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
