Responsible for checking prepared medications, overseeing dispensing of prescriptions from the pharmacy, and completing clinical patient review for safety and accuracy. Provides safe, efficient, high quality, patient-centered, and evidence-based medication services to all patients.

Requirements

  • Valid and unrestricted registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • 1-3 years experience in retail pharmacy preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
