Role OverviewWe are seeking a Pharmacist to join our Retail and Medication Reconciliation team at David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care. The role involves reviewing and processing take-home prescriptions, providing patient counseling, and coordinating services with various MSK departments.
What You Will Do
Review and process take-home prescriptions, provide patient counseling, complete inpatient Medication Reconciliation, coordinate services with MSK departments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- NY State Pharmacy license
- 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist, retail with hospital experience is a plus
