Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school
  • 3 years of pharmacy management experience or completion of a HealthSystem Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Texas license with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) within 30 days of date of hire
  • English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
