Job Description
Retail Pharmacy Manager responsible for managing operational activities, priorities, and problems, technician staffing and workloads. Provides status report to pharmacy management effectively communicating issues, concerns, and suggestions as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • 3 years pharmacy management experience or completion of a HealthSystem Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident program
  • English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
  • Texas license with TSBP within 30 days of date of hire
