Job Description
The Retail Production Associate will work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items, pricing and testing them according to company guidelines, and ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked and organized. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The Associate may occasionally work in donations and may be assigned to various areas such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes.

Requirements

  • Sort donated items by type
  • Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor
  • Inspect and quick test items as needed
  • Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product
  • Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean
  • Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers
  • Rotate or pull old or unsold product in a timely manner
  • Process E-Commerce product
  • Follow all retail center policies and procedures
  • Ensure work areas are clear and organized and adhere to continuous improvement standards
