Role OverviewThe Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the back production area and achieving production and sales goals. They lead the team and drive the business, maintaining excellent customer service and building loyalty to the Goodwill brand.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and leading a motivated team, executing retail operations plans, and making decisions on day-to-day retail operations. The Production Manager must also record production data, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and coordinate with various Goodwill Divisions.

Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years work experience in retail management, preferably thrift
- One (1) year of customer service or public contact experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English
- Valid drivers license in good standing
