Role Overview

The Retail Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing the receipt, verification, and stocking of all incoming retail products to the warehouse. They lead a team of 2-3 staff members and work closely with buying and accounting teams to resolve any order discrepancies.

What You Will Do

Specific job duties include receiving all incoming product shipments, checking for damage/accuracy, and ensuring all items are labeled properly. The manager also monitors warehouse inventory levels, develops best practices for maintaining accuracy and loss prevention, and coordinates weekly transfers of inventory from the warehouse to stores.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or 3-5 years' relevant retail stock experience, a driver's license, and strong communication skills. They will be able to work both independently and with a team, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
