Job Description
The Retail Regional Manager role requires meeting and exceeding field expectations with overall region responsibility for store effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should reside in one of the following cities: Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, or Louisville, KY.

  • Strong performance management and coaching skills
  • Multi-Unit Specialty Retail management experience
  • Proven record as a leader and multi-unit manager
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of business acumen
  • Proven ability to train and develop subordinates
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel when required
  • Proven self-starter
  • Ability to incent and drive sales reps to perform and deliver company expectations
