Job Description
The Retail Regional Manager role requires meeting and exceeding field expectations with overall region responsibility for store effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be based in the New Orleans metropolitan area or in Oklahoma (Oklahoma City or Tulsa).

  • Multi-Unit Specialty Retail management experience
  • Proven record as a leader and multi-unit manager

  • Proven ability to train and develop subordinates
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel when required
  • Proven self-starter
  • Ability to incent and drive sales reps to perform and deliver company expectations
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products
