Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in leading people and building community
  • Successful at building high-performing sales cultures and developing teams that consistently exceed goals
  • Deep understanding of retail KPIs and business analytics to drive impactful performance
