We are searching for a Retail Sales Associate in our Boston territory to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales. The position includes a company car and full benefits.

Requirements

  • Serve as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers
  • Maintain full distribution on existing SKUs and ensure placement of new items on shelf
  • Proactively make incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions
  • Effectively manage time and priorities for store calls within territory
  • Complete accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests
