Job Description
Wells Enterprises is searching for a Retail Sales Associate in our Fayetteville territory. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers
  • Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram
  • Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions
  • Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory
  • Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests
