Role OverviewThe Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role involves stocking merchandise, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals, promote products, and support daily store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems, stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-maintained, answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly, support inventory management and merchandise replenishment, convey product features/pricing for a wide variety of items, understand client’s brand guidelines and marketing initiatives, and help achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
