Requirements

  • Generate sales through development of new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing accounts
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for sale leads
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to secure orders
  • Present products to customers using samples or catalogs
  • Quote prices and credit terms to prepare contracts
  • Maintain detailed records of business transactions
  • Collaborate with inside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date
  • Track stock levels to align product availability with customer demand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contracts
