Role OverviewAs a Retail Guide, you will create memorable moments for customers by sharing product knowledge and experiences to support them on their next adventure. You will work in a brick & mortar store that is a hub for connection, inspiration, and adventure. You will be responsible for guiding customers, restocking products, and managing the point of sale system.

Championing Authentic Guest Experiences, Restocking and destocking products, Managing the point of sale system, Being an ambassador living Cotopaxi's values of People, Innovation, and Adventure.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Experience in retail or similar high-passed environments is a plus
- Energetic and enthusiastic

- Flexibility – Ability to work varying hours to support the team – at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet – this is an active role
