Role OverviewThe Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.
What You Will Do
Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards. Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales. Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round. Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates. Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months retail experience
