What You Will Do
Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear communication. Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience, and contribute to sales goals. Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
