Role OverviewAs a Retail Sales Consultant, you will create meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets and earning commission by using a consultative sales approach and AT&T's full suite of products. You will work on the sales floor, participate in events, and make outbound calls to customers. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a passion for helping people.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include guiding customers through their options, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, and be part of the community through events.
