Requirements

• Support the Store Management Team
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Guide team members in daily tasks and priorities
• Apply automotive parts identification skills to assist customers with complex product questions, compatibility issues, and system-level concerns
• Provide hands-on training and technical mentorship to team members
• Serve in a supervisor-support role as assigned
