Retail Sales – Part Time

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide excellent customer service. You will work in one of several departments, such as Appliances, Cabinets, or Flooring, and may be required to travel occasionally to meetings or to support neighboring stores.

What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will include answering customer questions, helping them find products, loading merchandise, and ensuring all customer needs are met. You may also be responsible for processing orders and deliveries accurately, cross-functionally training in other areas of the store, and preparing merchandise based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
