Role OverviewWe are hiring a Retail Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and vendors at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, MI. This part-time role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
What You Will Do
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns, respond to alarms and emergencies, monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, and complete daily activity logs and incident reports. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
