Role Overview

Support store operations and staff management to keep our store running smoothly. Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment and make a difference. You will be responsible for managing the flow of donated goods, coordinating shipments and merchandise flow, and ensuring customers and donors receive friendly, prompt service.

What You Will Do

Open and close the store, manage deposits, resolve customer complaints, ensure customers and donors receive friendly, prompt service, make production and scheduling decisions, manage the flow of donated goods, coordinate shipments and merchandise flow, rotate, organize, and display merchandise, step in to assist with store team duties as needed, and lead floor operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Goodwill retail experience or 2 years of general retail experience (or an equivalent combination)
