Role OverviewAs a Retail Shift Manager, you will support store operations and staff management to keep our store running smoothly. You will lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and be passionate about making a difference. You will have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay based on store performance.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting store operations, managing staff, resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer and donor service, making production and scheduling decisions, managing merchandise flow, and supervising employees.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Goodwill retail experience or 2 years of general retail experience (or an equivalent combination)
