Job Description
We’re looking for a Retail Shift Supervisor/Keyholder to join our team at Goodwill of North Georgia. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be part of the store’s management team, supervising store personnel, opening the store, and helping to train and coach the team. Ongoing training is provided, and you may be offered the opportunity to transfer to other stores as you progress in your career.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in retail
  • Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
