Job Description
MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for a Retail Shift Supervisor to join their Jefferson City Store team, supporting the mission to 'Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!' and embodying core values of diversity, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • No degree is required, high school diploma/GED preferred
  • 1 year of retail management experience or previous Goodwill Retail or Warehouse experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork
  • Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software
