Job Description
At Consumer Cellular, we're looking for a results-driven retail leader to manage our store in Greece, NY. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, create an environment where relationships come before transactions, and guide guests with confidence and expertise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry
  • A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business
  • The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
