Job Description
At Consumer Cellular, we're looking for a results-driven retail leader to manage our store in Greece, NY. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, create an environment where relationships come before transactions, and guide guests with confidence and expertise.
Requirements
High School Diploma required or equivalent required
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry
A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers
Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business
The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
