Job Description
adidas is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its store in Baraboo, WI. The ideal candidate will be a creator, innovator, confident, determined, collaborator, and genuine leader who can inspire others to be their best. The role requires excellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages, as well as knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment with a minimum 18 months of Store Management experience
  • Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience
  • Geographical mobility is preferred
