Job Description
As a Wild Fork Sr. Sales Leader, you will manage a team of brand ambassadors, providing guidance, training, and leadership skills. You will lead by example and embody the company's core values to establish a dynamic and caring work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of retail experience, with at least three years in a management capacity
  • Proven success in coaching and training employees
  • Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to delegate tasks to other team members
  • Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
  • Systems capabilities preferred: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office
