Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business
- Ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
