Role OverviewThe Retail Store Manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store, building and leading Associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Provides financial oversight of sales and profit goals, executes on company strategies for merchandising, store standards, and inventory processes, and maintains proper security of the store location and company assets.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' retail management experience
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Valid Driver's license
