Job Description
Store Managers are responsible for ensuring that the highest level of customer service is being applied. They model AbleLight's mission, vision and values while effectively problem-solving, making informed decisions, managing the workforce and achieving maximum results.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, including 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Software.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight.
