Role OverviewThe Retail Store Team Lead supports retail store management in maintaining a high standard of customer service, well-trained employees, and sales and production through assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Goodwill Store.

Primary responsibilities include supporting the mission and vision of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan, performing work in a safe manner, interacting with team members and clients in a professional manner, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
