Job Description
The Retail Store Team Member provides exceptional customer service and supports the daily operations of the retail store.

Requirements

  • Greets and assists in-person customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Provides product knowledge, recommendations, and samples to enhance the customer experience.
  • Operates the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reporting, and securing the store.
  • Cuts, weighs, wraps, and labels cheese products while ensuring accuracy and food safety standards.
  • Tracks and rotates stock to maintain product quality and freshness.
  • Receives and stocks incoming deliveries; prepares and ships custom orders.
  • Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures when handling products.
  • Updates pricing and promotional signage accurately and on schedule.
  • Accurately enters and maintains data in ERP and POS systems.
