Role OverviewThe Retail Supervisor II generates sales, assists with merchandising, and safeguards the assets of the Gaming Enterprise Division (GED) while providing outstanding guest service. This role involves supervising the work of others, coordinating tasks, and recommending new methods to promote efficiency and reduce costs.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include performing the duties of the Retail Representative, coordinating and inspecting the work of team members, scheduling and inspecting specialized tasks, and providing guidance to team members. The Retail Supervisor II also serves as a mentor and coach, recommends purchases, and assists Managers with administrative functions.

Requirements

- Ability to maintain the physical stamina required, including an ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to work in a smoking environment
- Ability to obtain, maintain, and retain a valid gaming license
