Job Description
Evergreen Goodwill is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist the management team in the daily operations of the store, supervising retail associates and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires 2 years of retail experience, including 2 years of customer service and 1 year of supervisor experience. The salary is $23.97/hour.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalency
  • 2 years' experience with retail with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • 2 years' customer service/retail experience
  • 1 year supervisor experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job
  • Physical abilities: lifting and carrying 30-40 pounds, standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, climbing ladders, and operating computer systems
  • Essential mental/sensory abilities: organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and prioritization
