Role OverviewAs a Retail Supervisor, you will lead a team to exceed customer expectations and drive sales. You will be responsible for integrating new team members, supervising personnel, and developing and coaching staff. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and uphold company policies and procedures.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include dynamic leadership, motivating staff, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest and client. You will also oversee floor teams, merchandise product, and fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently.
