Job Description
Maintain a safe and clean pool operation, provide seamless food and beverage service, excellent cabana experience, and flawless towel service. Manage pool activities, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and demonstrate expertise in service standards.

Requirements

  • Address and respond to guest issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Manage all pool activities, functions, events, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Ensure all employees are following the Arizona State Liquor Laws and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments on staffing, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
  • Create onboarding training experiences for new hires and update training and development tools
  • Train department trainers to execute top-notch training for new hires
