Role OverviewThe Zone Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location.
What You Will Do
Execute established procedures for assigned zone, ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations, supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
