Role OverviewThe Zone Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience.
What You Will Do
Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure that store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
