Role OverviewAs a Retail Team Member, you will be part of a team that provides a differentiated food and fuel experience to guests. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maintaining a pristine environment, and upholding brand standards. You will be cross-trained to perform multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing a smile to every guest's face, executing your role to the best of your ability, and building lasting relationships with guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, following brand standards, and adhering to recipe integrity.
