Role OverviewPlan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. Deliver friendly customer service and complete operational tasks to deliver the company's Brand Promises.
What You Will Do
Plan and coordinate multiple events, engage with clients, demonstrate and instruct craft projects, facilitate party add-ons, and complete administrative tasks. Help customers shop, provide fast and friendly checkout experience, and engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
