Role OverviewAssists the Retail Training Manager with the development, implementation, and coordination of on-the-job training programs and specialized technical training for Retail staff.
What You Will Do
Conducts test bank and on the job training for all retail employees, completes 6–8-week follow-up teller trainee evaluation, and functions as a Float Teller and Float CSR.
