Job Description

As a Retention Coach, you'll ensure employment retention by supporting and advising clients, and reinforcing key training lessons. You'll make a difference in the lives of others and experience a life-changing work experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working with economically disadvantaged adult populations
  • Knowledge of how to refer clients to resources: financial, counseling, food banks, housing
  • Strong project management skills and ability to organize, multitask and prioritize a heavy workload
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and have flexible, unconventional hours
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups and have high energy to engage others towards a common goal
  • Strong work ethic and business acumen with ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Skilled in personal coaching on a one-on-one and group setting
  • Analytical thinker adept in systems and processes
  • Demonstrated work history of resourcefulness and problem solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
